All Landlords have a legal requirement to have a Gas Safety Inspection carried out on any accommodation they are renting out. Landlord Gas Safety Inspections must be carried out every 12 months by a Qualified Gas  Engineer. Gas and Electricity carry out landlord inspections on all types of residential and commercial property and all makes of gas boiler including combi (combination) boilers. A landlord gas certificate form will be supplied with all landlord inspections. Gas and Electricity also offer a boiler service at a reduced price when carried out with a landlords gas certificate/ landlord inspection
